Calderone Club - Downtown Milwaukee: A Culinary Gem of Italian Cuisine

Went through with my family tonight we were in town for summer fest. I’ve been at this restaurant once before about 10 years ago. The food was absolutely phenomenal. We had three different dishes. All of them came out at the same time and they were excellent prepared. Our waiter was very attentive and understanding. I highly recommend going to this place and giving it a try. They have a great menu.

The was delish. We had the Calerone special which is pizza with the works, the house salad with creamy Italian dressing and I had the cannoli. The only complaint was that it got very loud inside as people where coming in. W my parents and I arrived shortly after it opened.

Had a great pre-concert dinner. The food was great old-style Italian. I had their signature spaghetti and meatball dinner. The Sangiovese wine was very good and reasonably priced. Best, our server, was attentive and funny. The price got crowded and noisy just before we left.

One of the best Italian dishes I’ve had very tasty. Definitely one of the best in the area.

In a town known for beer, this Italian restaurant is a hidden gem. Let me preface that I travel and eat out a lot and this was some of the best Italian food I’ve had in a very long time. Excellent flavors and large portions abound. You can also tell everything is made in house from scratch. You will clean your plate and ask for more. I’m not typically a cheesecake fan, but this one melts in your mouth and I’d say definitely get it. If you love Italian, do not miss the opportunity to enjoy some of the best!

There aren't many words to explain how phenomenal my meal was. I ordered the Veal Parmigiano with a Rigatoni and a side of meatballs. Everything was delicious and authentic. For dessert I decided on the cannoli with an Italian coffee. I haven't had Italian food this good at a restaurant in a very long time. Our waiter was great and very attentive. I wish I Iived a bit closer because I would definitely be back. Don't miss our on this place if you want a delicious Italian meal.

I don't do reviews. But this place 100% deserves it. Best pizza you can find. The atmosphere was top notch and Franks service. You couldn't ask for more or better. Would come back everyday if I lived here.

Legitimate Italian restaurant, we stopped in for deserts after dinner somewhere else with friends. While waiting the staff was amazing, the place was packed and every dish looked unbelievable. Looked to be family owned by the amount of consistent hugs and Italian from patrons to a few individuals who looked like they were running the place. Wine was flowing consistently and the conversation was alive. Can’t wait to come back and enjoy a dinner, our deserts were great. Highly recommend!
